Her seat wasn't adjusted - Hyd or force gradient off on lift off, It shouldn't fly rough at 60 kts or shake on landing approach
Translational is 15 kts. Watching them was cringe - A dirty old Bell
(Rotor head screams 204) (Tail fin screams UH-1M)and an old fart with a clueless whatever...

I'm really not impressed - Maintenance and more training - bouncing in their seats and sloppy flying are a big thumbs down

:pbunny

And fuck the AI & FBI for flashing blue squares all over the Lap Top

My first heli as a mechanic and crewchief was the Huey, first as a pilot too. I will always love the Huey. You are right Don, poor maintenance is why that one flies bad. I remember as a crewchief when I got a new butterbar pilot who knew everything and was being a royal pain and wrote up rinkydink shit, when rotor smoothing I would put the bounce under his seat.....amazing they never figured it out that we could actually move it around to where we wanted it.

Yea. OH 58 UH 1 CH 47 Crew Chief & A Commercial Helicopter pilot , A & P AI later. Bell tech reps loved flying my helicopters. Always loved smooth rotors... I could remove any Simplex water tank load induced bounce the Sheriff guys could only guess... Got lots of stick time there... :pbunny
