Crap!!!

I just sent out 10K batch email a I put the date as the 16-18th
Crap, well it was just a trailer at the bottom as a heads up to what is next after Mentone.
There will be more Mentone batch emails and it will go as the trailer each time so I'll fix it next email.
Sorry about that!!!
After Mentone you move to the top of the batch email and El Mirage becomes the trailer as the next event.

BTW do you have high speed internet for your shared Chapters web-cams for the fly-in so we can all see the show and dinners?
You will have to stop picking your nose and your butts guys!!!

John, Wrens is becoming a very large gathering.
I have been attending for a few years and it's growing rapidly.
Not exactly a high speed internet environment though.
It is what I call the "less tech more personal" event.
People talk to one another more than staring at their phones.
I know I had even a hard time to receive calls! :rofl
Anyways. I am sure the famous motel has some wifi service down the road but that won't help you.
I love Wrens.
Good people and great atmosphere. And there is Barry.... he is always there.... :boink
:laughing

That's because Peach State Rotorcraft and Carolina Barnstormers are AWESOME gyroplane groups.

I plan to fly in this year from Cedartown with some of the Peach State folks...weather permitting...but will be there with a machine either way.

I know I've heard! It would be great if the rest of the world could be there with you too.
OR really I'd get to see the show this year.
I hope we can make this happen.
PRA will pay for it.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the actual event dates for Wrens should be posted as Friday and Saturday, September 15th and 16th. I recall there was a bit of a stink over the dates being posted to include Sunday last year. It had to do with insurance and the extra cost to cover the extra day. Sunday is fly a little and clean-up day but should not be posted as an actual event day.

Something may have changed but the Peach State forum only has it listed as the 15th and 16th.

15-16-17 is correct I got the 18th wrong. Last year there was significant flying on Sunday!
Not necessary just a cleanup day. It really depends on who is there!
Sooooo I wouldn't cut Sunday out as a potential flying day just yet.

OK from now on you wish PRA to batch email and post on all media that it is on the 15-17th!
Correct?
Thank you

I think someone in my club copied the 15th-16th off the EAA Chapter 172 website. I did not post the event.
