I think that is factually correct. And in fact that is a said fact!

To be absolutely certain it is factual, one must first calculate the statistical significance relative to facts within a given period. While it may be true that no facts may have been posted within a particular period, that may be well within the range of error for a particular set of information. It may therefore, from a statistical standpoint within the range of significance for that data set, be that zero facts posted is within the expected range of insignificant data. That means that if the number of facts posted for a period is 5, allowing for significant data, then even though the actual number of facts posted is zero, that 5 facts were probably posted from a significance viewpoint...QED.

 It is a factual fact as well  I know what happened to Helena Rubinstein.............   Max Factor....
