Scott- What is Tango using for their radiators?
Recommend an external oil cooler? |

The radiator is 12"x20" VW scirocco radator like this:
https://www.partsgeek.com/czcj3td-volks ... 0302008005 But if you live where it gets hot in the summer you might want a bigger one. Maybe a 3 core racing radiator, or something. The inlet and outlet are 1 1/4" . I have a 10 row oil cooler: https://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Style-O ... r=1-3&th=1 I will probably get a slightly larger oil cooler maybe 13 or 15 row, oil temp runs @ 190-210* F Water temps run at 170*F If you can get the water temp closer to 160*F you will be better off, cooling the oil helps with the water temp also. _________________ It's never too late to be a bad example. Oh yeah, and make sure you get temp gauges for the oil and water.
I bought 2 small analog gauges. _________________ It's never too late to be a bad example. I spent all my money on Bikes, Broads, and Booze, the rest I wasted. |
